Frequently asked questions

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

Planning a capture or an ongoing program? Here is what to know before we get started.

Can you return to the same site on a schedule?

Yes. We can discuss recurring construction updates, milestone visits, asset documentation or seasonal land monitoring. The schedule and deliverables are tailored to your project, site access and flight conditions.

Do you take one-time projects?

Yes. You can start with a single capture or assessment. If your needs continue, we can discuss repeat visits and an ongoing record.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Start with the site location, what you want to document or understand, and any timing requirements. An approximate site size and preferred capture frequency are helpful. If you are unsure which service fits, tell us your goal and we will help define the scope.

What affects the price?

Pricing depends on site size, location and travel, access, capture requirements, processing, deliverables and visit frequency. We quote the work around your project rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

What will I receive?

Deliverables depend on the agreed scope. They may include aerial imagery, construction documentation, inspection records, 3D site models or mapping data. We discuss intended use, file formats and delivery expectations before the work begins.

Can weather or site conditions affect scheduling?

Yes. Weather, visibility, airspace conditions and site access can affect a capture. We coordinate timing with you and discuss adjustments when conditions change.

Where do you work?

EXCO Imagery serves Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Montana. Send us the project location so we can discuss travel, availability and site requirements.

How soon can I get the results?

Timing depends on the capture, processing and deliverables involved. Let us know your deadline when you reach out so we can discuss scheduling and expected delivery.
